- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"The Quality Title Group, through its network of offices does the little, difficult things which often go unnoticed, but are vital to ensure that all our customers transactions are closed correctly and that the title to their ".. "transactions are closed correctly". This is a scam!. what County Land & Title did was to make you believe everything would go smoothly with a small fee less than $50.00, but after signing papers all applications been process, you'll get a follow up phone called from county land & title making excuse for their own mistake and demand you to pay another closing fees. You may end up to paying anyway since there is an agreement sign page during closing. If you happen to chose County Land & Title, you may want to watch out for this form (SCAM). I end owning them another $224.xx after all applications already been process. This is not an acceptable and why would you want to do business with such company like this! If you're going to pay for something, Would you like know the price first?By A Google User, March 25, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We recently refinanced our business. The closing was done through County Land & Title. We know that our business is protected because of the work that County Land & Title did PRIOR to us signing any documents. Once we got to the closing, everything flowed very smoothly. The documents were all in order and explained to us at each step. It brings us great peace of mind to know that everything was researched and put into place prior to the closing. I would not recommend purchasing any piece of real estate prior to having County Land & Title do their work on it.
